Professional Development.
Leadership Training
Leadership training provides unique opportunities for individuals in a leadership role to further develop and enhance their skills. Workshops will provide hands-on experiences, explore innovative strategies, create networking opportunities, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and discussions on relevant issues.
School Age Training
Developing Harmony’s series of School Age Workshops have been developed to meet the professional development needs of School Age Care Professionals. Participants develop skills and learn strategies that support best practices and provide evidence for Accreditation.
Preschool Training
Each workshop has been developed to enhance participant skills and increase capacity through highly interactive, hands-on adult learning experiences. These workshops focus on the early years (4 - 5 years of age).
Infant/Toddler Training
Developing Harmony’s infant and toddler training focuses on infant growth and development in the first three years, the impact of the infant on the family and the development of the infant with special needs. You will learn about background research and theories related to infant growth and development.
